Someone hit my Wife's Rav4 in the parking lot in Pitman and took off.   Took it to get fixed at AutoTech and had it back in 3 weeks.  Great job and looked great inside and out. Dean and his sons have been incredibly patient in explaining and working with me and my insurance every step of the way. They are transparent and take photographs of their work throughout the repairs. I was very impressed with their level of organization and detail just by how they handle both their digital and physical work. All paperwork and photographs are made available via shared Google Drive folders and every piece is carefully labelled and stored during the repair process. Highly recommended auto body shop for their thoroughness and professionalism or if you are looking for peace of mind in knowing your repairs will be taken care of with attention to detail. Trustworthy and amazing customer service. I had my car towed to Auto Tech after an accident a few states away. Auto Tech guided us through the process and helped us through working with the other party’s insurance. I 100% felt that they had our backs and was making sure that all decisions were made in our best interest. Dan and Dean Jr. took the time to explain everything and gave us amazing customer service. Dropped off my car to Dan that was damaged in an auto accident.  Dan quickly processed the paperwork and had my rental car ready to go. Dean Jr. kept me updated continuously throughout the repair and took care of all interactions with my insurance company. That surely made it easier for me. The repairs were completed when promised. Everything repaired looked brand new and spotless.  Dan, Dean Jr. & Dean Sr. were a pleasure to deal with. For the first time in forever, I needed to find a reputable, well respected and well reviewed collision repair vendor to repair my  car. After reviewing dozens of reviews about Autotech Collision, I walked in to see them in January to ask questions and have them look at my damage. Dean Sr sat down with me and knowing that I hadn’t been through this process before, told me what to expect when dealing with the fault party and the insurer. I appreciated his feedback. Fast forward to March and I came back to Autotech and gave them my business. It was a great decision. They took care of us with the utmost professionalism and care and made things so easy for us. When I got my Lincoln MKC back, it looked brand new. Dean Sr, Dean Jr and Dan are fantastic at what they do and were such a pleasure! I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!
