I’m very pleased with Autotech’s service. Dean helped me understand the whole process, since I have never been in a car accident before. He always has the customer’s best interest. He answered all my questions about insurance, rental car, etc. His team pays close attention to details. It’s like nothing ever happened to my car. He is honest and upfront. He even went above and beyond to make phone calls to the rental car place when they gave me hard time. He makes sure his customers are treated right. I highly recommend Autotech to anyone who wants perfection!!!

Excellent experience with Autotech Collision. I went in with an insurance claim and Dean was extremely honest and up front with me. It turned out the vehicle in my case was totaled, but Dean clearly explained the process to me from a collision specialist perspective. Excellent experience! I had an aluminum F150 so I had to be careful with my rear hit repair. Results were excellent! Truck is like new. Perfect paint match. Service was excellent as well. Dean went way beyond in explaining the entire process, including dealing with insurance. I have not needed a body shop for a number of years, so I really appreciated Dean’s professionalism. I was a mess after my accident with my BRAND NEW Camaro. I was sure my love for my car would be gone for good now. I was hit on the right front and never thought she would be “as good as new.”

Well, she was! They did such a great job. They kept me apprised of where they were in the process & reassured me my new baby would be fine.

Seeing was believing! The car drives & looks as if nothing ever happened! Dean Jr. made sure that it not only looked good but also that it was the safest it could be for me to drive with.
